And if you don't need it, trash it/throw it into the dustbin.

  • Using File Folders

Keep your important documents and bills in a file folder, and label each folder in a straightforward way. Use file divider. Keep the labels simple and easy to understand.

Create a file for financial documents, and additional ones for separate documents such as warranties and insurance papers.

Use a box specifically for your your passport, marriage/birth certificate, Universities certificates and all other important documents.

  • Managing your Mails

Try not to let your mails accumulate buy clearing them once you removed them from mailbox. And once open, put them in the relevant trays/drawers. And file them into file folders once a month. Throw out junk mail right away.

  • Managing your Emails

Create folders for the e-mail messages you receive so that your inbox doesn't get overloaded.

Re-arranging your space Routinely

At the end of the day, make it a point to rearrange your desk and your space to see what is out of place. Clean up and rearrange accordingly.

  • Use Post-it Note

Make sure not to leave Post-it pad sticking to everything from your computer to your forehead. They lose their effectiveness when you use them all the time, and once they fall, you'll have trouble finding them. Have a corner specifically for post it note.
