Potato-carrot-apple-parsley juice

This juice helps to prevent constipation as it adds fiber to the diet which is the best way to improve bowel movements. In addition, this juice goes a long way towards relieving constipation.
Ingredients:

1 slice of potato
4 carrots
1 apple
Handful of parsley

Instructions:

Slice the potato ino strips, if necessary. Trim the carrots and cut them into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Cut the apple into narrow wedges. Process the vegetables and apple wedges in the juicer.



AAA Juice

Adding wheatgrass to the juice for its zinc content which is a mineral that helps to fight impotency. Cruciferous vegetables contains a fair share of selenium which increase male potency
Ingredients:

3 carrots
1 stalk of celery
1 apple
1/2 beet with the greens
1/2 handful of wheatgrass
1/2 handful of parsley

Instructions:

Trim the carrots and cut them into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Cut the celery into 2 to 3 inches pieces. Cut the apple and beet into narrow wedges. Beginning and ending with the carrot and celery pieces, process the vegetables and apple wedges in the juicer.

Ingredients:

3 apples
1 cup cranberries

Instructions:

Cut the apples into narrow wedges. Process the fruit into the juicer.


Green Power

This juice helps to soothe muscle cramping. It can also help to strengthen them and reduces the chance of cramping.
Ingredients:

4 carrots
2 stalks of celery
Handful of spinach
Handful of parsley

Instructions:

4 apricots
1 bunch of green or red grapes. Preferably organic, with stem
1 pear

Instructions:

Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits , then cut them into narrow wedges. If the grapes are not organic, remove the stems. Cut the pear into narrow wedges. Process the fruit into the juicer.

2-3 oranges

Instructions:

Peel the oranges,leaving on as much white pith as possible. Cut or break the oranges into segments. Process the fruits into the juicer.

This juice contains both ginger and radish, mixed with other juices helps to clear the sinus cavities and strengthen mucus membranes, which will helps to soothe sore throat.

Ingredients:

2 pineapple rounds, preferably organic
3 radishes
Handful of dandelion greens

Instructions:

If the pineapple is not organic, remove and discard the skin. Cut the rounds into strips. Process the pineapple strips, radishes, and dandelion greens into the juicer.
